You've tried prescriptions, counseling, and/or local divorce groups but the results have left you feeling about the same. While some of us go through difficult times without trouble, many face a low period that we are unable to get through without help.   Help may include talking with a family physician, psychiatrist or therapist. Medical doctors can prescribe medication if your symptoms suggest the need. But, how do you know if your symptom(s) warrant help and/or prescription medication?
